Drivers identified in the accident in Baltimore County, in which two primary school girls were killed

Maryland State Police published the driver's name last month in a car accident on the Baltimore Beltway, in which two primary school girls were killed.

The driver, who also died in the crash, was identified as Devin Frink, 36, from Baltimore.

The police did not publish the names of the 9-year-old girls, but they were greatly identified as Bailee Brooks and Serenity, who were friends and students in the Lutherville laboratory.

The state police said Frink was the uncle of one of the girls.

The crash occurred shortly after 11 p.m. on April 5, after Frink had driven away from a traffic stop, the authorities said.

The police announced on Wednesday that their preliminary investigation showed that the soldier of the state police initiated the traffic stop on Frink's vehicle for the non -posture of the lane. The soldier, who continued Frink, did not pursue him and, according to the police, stepped back on the traffic.

Minutes later, the soldier saw the Jeep Wrangler that Frink drove “completely in flames” after hit the I-83 from the I-695 Beltway at the exit to the south.

The police said Frink lost control of the vehicle for unknown reasons.

The police did not say why Frink may have driven away.

The von Bailee family works with Thiru Vignarajah, a lawyer, and asked the police to release body camera and dashboard camera film material from the traffic stop.

The Maryland State Police said that the crash was still examined. Vignarajah did not immediately answer a request for a comment.
