1. Border dispute: Stop the guilt game, allow mature discussion – Macinde to Osun, Oyo residents

On Tuesday, the government of the state of Oyo asked the border communities of the IWO Local Government Osun and Lagelu Local Government of Oyo to stop the back and forth and to enable the two governments to continue to discuss ripe discussions about the resolution of the land dispute.

The governor of the state of Osun, Ademola Adeleke, explained that the development steps of his government are inspired by the visionary legacy of the deceased Prime Minister of the Western region, boss Obafemi Awolowo.

Adeleke received the chairman of the Odu'a Investment Company Limited, Bimbo Ashiru and his team during a courtesy visit to his office in Osogbo and described his government as a “true progressive” and undertook for the government focused on people.

The governor said that his admiration for Awolowo's leadership model in the first Republic motivated the ambitious infrastructure projects and political initiatives of his government.

“Boss Obafemi Awolowo and his harvest of administrators are legendary figures. They saw the future and tried to create them in their time. They are my inspiration – especially since my family has severe roots in Awoistic philosophy,” said Adeleke.

3. National table tennis championships in Osun Hit KO level

After two days of preliminary games at the 5th Michael and Felicia Alabi Memorial National Table Tennis Championships, the tournament on Wednesday, April 30th, leads to the KO -Bühne.

All group games ended on Tuesday, April 29, in the Michael and Felicia Alabi Memorial Hall in Otan Ayegbaju, state of Osun.
