Lincoln man because of Dui crash

Lincoln, alongside (Koln) – A Lincoln man was sentenced to prison because he had drunk himself behind the wheel of an accident last year.

A judge condemned the 35-year-old Grabiel Revilla for manslaughter and Dui with loans that have been acquired for a year, at 19 to 20 years. Revilla completed a plea last month to drop one of the disposal of the manslaughter.

Revilla was charged on April 14, 2024 of the 21-year-old Darien Rosales and 23-year-old Omar Rios. The prosecutors said that he had accelerated when he was intoxicated when his Honda pilot fell into a tree near South 28th Street and Pine Lake Road.

Rosales and Rios died at the scene, but first aiders found Revilla unconscious in the vehicle. The police said his blood alcohol content .119 measured in the hospital. He was arrested days later after he had been clarified.
