Tucson Police Heat Unit deals with tracking children

Tucson, ariz. (13 messages) – “These crimes happen to our children in our city every day,” says Sgt. Lorence Jove Jr.

The protection of the southern arizona children from sexual predators is underway.

While it is a crime that often happens in the dark, the officials say that it is actually a big problem in South Arizona.

“I can tell you-in this task, we are very busy. There are much more pedophiles, as it is a better opportunity to say it than people really know. We have examinations every day,” says Jove Jr.

Sergeant Lorence Jove Jr. leads human exploitation and human trafficking or the heat team as well as the registration and persecution of sex offenders and the sorted team.

Officials who worked in these units were incredibly busy and operated every week because they continue their efforts to thwart tragedies, especially those in which children are involved.

“Unfortunately, we have tons of adults who are ready to travel in our community to buy sex. In my unit I can say that we have examined people who are ready to buy sex from individuals aged five years so that they give an idea of where we are,” says Jove Jr.

In video, which was recently published by TPD, you can see how high some of the operations are.

Detective say that a 38-year-old man traveled from Phoenix to meet that he believed that he was a 14-year-old girl for sex.

He was found with children's porn and animals that he had bought.

Many of our viewers asked why the answer was so big.

While Sgt. Jove Jr. could not enter into details, he says what they discovered during their background examination of the suspect, deserves the resources used.

Almost a hundred percent of the investigations in the heat unit come from online predators, both in and outside the USA

“One of our recent investigations, we had a person who paid live for children to be abused live, and they paid these people in another country and stated exactly what they wanted to see and they wanted to have made live, so unfortunately there is a market for it,” says Jove Jr.

For officers, things have certainly changed and not for the better.

“Predators and pedophiles are very torn. At that time you can imagine the van without a window that drives the schoolyard or the park. Today is the internet.”

And because of the Internet it has done a lot of Easter that this “van” crosses wherever he wants.

Most children are brought up with mobile phones and tablets, the goals for predators who try to attract children. While we may sound like a broken plate, SGT sounds. Jove may have problems the most important memory.

“You have to be curious, you have to know your child, you need to know who you hang around, you need to know which social media presence you have, and if you have a child who is on social media, and if you have a child, you are likely.

It can be about changing a child's life.

“It is not the case that they are attacked in a goal and the event is over. The effects of these crimes are long, lifelong. Some of these victims will never recover. It doesn't matter how much advice, it does not matter how much love, care and appreciation you insert into this person. You will never recover.”
