Red Sox Outfielders Ceddanne Rafaela and Wilyer Abreu teamed up on Wednesday evening one of the most incredible catches in the last memory.

With Boston in a 5: 5 demlock with the tigers in the seventh inning, Detroit dh Kerry Carpenter took a fast ball from Liam Hendriks and drove it to the right.

Abreu tried to expect the hook on the warning distance and jumped up to snap the ball before fell over the fence. Abreus outstretched arm managed to prevent a Homerun from Carpenter – but the ball tipped his glove and steered back to the field.

But in a bizarre sequence, Rafaela was in the right place at the right time to correction the Ricochet before fell for the rare 9-8 game in the field.
