Ascio of Real Madrid, 3 others, could be commissioned to share an explicit video by Moll

The defender of Real Madrid, Raúl Ascio, and three former teammates from the club's youth teams could be exposed to criminal charges for allegedly sexual pictures of a woman and a minor and distribute them without consent.

Ascio is said to have addressed a video that was recorded by his former teammates of the Andrés García, Ferrán Ruiz and Juan Rodríguez youth department and was a sexual encounter between his ex-teammates and a women and a girl in June 2023.

After completing its investigation, the Gran Canaria High Court of Justice published a decision on Wednesday to formalize criminal proceedings against the four players. This decision opens up the way for the public prosecutor to submit charges and apply for a negotiation.

According to the judge, there is evidence of the support of crimes, including violation of privacy, distribution of videos to third parties without the knowledge or approval of the victims, the request of a minor for pornographic purposes and possession of child pornography.

The four players involved were arrested in September 2023 and confiscated their mobile phones from the police. Madrid confirmed that they had presented evidence of “replacing a private video via WhatsApp”.

The police said a complaint was submitted by the mother of a 16-year-old girl on the Canary Islands about the alleged recording with which she did not agree.

In February, the court rejected ASCIO to end the investigation of its alleged role. The lawyers of Ascio, 22, had appealed against the judgment in which the investigation was determined whether he had distributed the video.

However, the judge confirmed the decision to continue with the investigation and reject the application for dismissal.

Ascio was regularly in Carlo Ancelotti's Madrid team this season and started the game of his team against Mallorca on Wednesday.
