Witnesses reported to see a group of young people in the stolen car.

Jeremy Steele, who was also involved in the crash, described what he saw.

“Someone helped him, simply went through a basic first aid, no longer a head injury here and was waiting for the ambulance,” said Steele.

Steele identified the injured person as the driver of the stolen car.

Police Audio can be heard that Steele's account is confirmed.

“The driver is transported,” said an official.

The other young people fled the scene, with a male passenger ran up the Road mission and drove two women Guilford towards Route 1.

Regan Nelson expressed frustration about the fleeing of the suspects.

“I don't understand how they got away,” said Nelson.

Howard County's police have not yet given any answers to possible fees or the identity of the suspects.

Bonnie Griffith's daughter Kim made an explanation in which she said: “Our family and friends mourn an unimaginable loss and hope that the community does everything to support this investigation.”

The stolen car is said to have been taken from Prince George's County. It remains unclear whether the suspicious residents of Prince George's County or Howard County are or whether they have earlier arrests or are under the supervision of youth services.

Calvin Ball, Executive by Howard County, has not yet responded to inquiries about the incident, the concerns of youth crime or potential charges against the adolescents taken in custody.

The examination continues because the authorities continue to search for the remaining suspects.
