Savannah woman injured in Route T Crash after the car had reached two embankments

A Savannah woman was injured in Andrew County on Wednesday afternoon after the vehicle where she drove left on the street and hit two embankments.

According to a report by the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at 1:44 p.m. on Route T north of County Road 366.

According to the authorities, a 2009 Mercury Grand Marquis had traveled south on Route T when the driver crossed the center line. The driver then over -corrected and had the car called up the right street and hit an embankment. The vehicle stepped back into the street, over -corrected and went from the left.

The passenger, a 38-year-old woman from Savannah, suffered minor injuries and was transported by Andrew County Ems to the mosaic life of life in St. Joseph. She had worn a seat belt.

The driver, a 62-year-old woman, also from Savannah, was not reported injured. The vehicle suffered moderate damage and was towed out of the scene.

Andrew County's office helped at the crash site.
