The jury recommends death for Charlotte Man, who stabbed the teenagers during the break -in

Port Charlotte Fla. (Wwsb)-A jury of the district of Charlotte, Ryan Cole, who was convicted on May 2, has killed a 15-year-old boy in 2019 while the teenager protected his 5-year-old sister during a home vasion, as judicial documents show.

A hearing was determined on June 17, in which Coles' lawyers have the opportunity to appeal directly to Richter Lisa Porter to question the jury's recommendation.

Ultimately, it will be Porter's decision whether Cole is sentenced to death or not.

The jury was also guilty of being guilty of an attack or a battery for armed burglary.

On the day of the murder, the MPs were called to the Starlite Lane and the Ocean Boulevard in Port Charlotte, where neighbors said that an injured man was seen.

When the MPs arrived, they discovered Cole. He had been stabbed on hands and side several times. He ran in front of MPs and crossed a channel towards Conway Boulevard.

Edman was stabbed to death in the house while protecting his 5-year-old sister, who was found unharmed in the house.

An obituary on Edman said that he was full of life, fished me, traveled to the beach, special trips to zoomers, where he particularly loved the bumper cars and drove bicycles with his friends. He was an enthusiastic lover of nature and a fan forever fan of Gator.

The sheriff's office says that there is nothing to identify why Cole selected Edmans at home to brake and you have not found a connection to the family.

Cole, who has had drug use in the past, is known to the MPs and was on probation at the time of Edmans. During the closing arguments, the public prosecutor pointed out that Cole had made the decision to go home and deduct the deduction.
