A 45-year-old man was arrested

The collision occurred on Wednesday around 6 a.m. in a parking lot on the 1700 block of the Southwest Expressway, the police said.

Officials who reacted to a person found an unconscious man and did not breathe. The medical staff explained the victim at the scene, the police said.

The investigators found that the victim of a vehicle in “What had apparently been an intentionally act”, the police said in an explanation.

With the help of the surveillance cameras and the recognition of the license plate, detective Jaime Cruz Castanon identified as one person, the police said.

Cruz Castanon was found later in the evening and determined to be the main suspect in that case, the police said. He was arrested and booked into the main prison of Santa Clara County for murder.

A motif remains examined, the police said.

According to the police, this is the 10th murder of San Jose 2025.
