Wednesday, 13, the shock rocker, who is currently touring North America, is employed in the recording studio. His last album is called Mid Death Crisisthat is now available from Napalm Records, and so far he has published a few singles for his committed fan base, including the recent “No Apologies” with faster pussycats Taime Downe. On Wednesday 13 on the street you can also start with the upcoming data in Wisconsin and Colorado and in July in Wales in Wales.

“It feels fantastic to delete something that they are really, very proud,” said Wednesday 13 in a recent zoom interview. “This record is beyond what I expected. I'm really happy with it. … The reaction to the videos and everything was overwhelming, so I'm very satisfied with everything.”

The last time that Wednesday 13 published a record was in 2022 with the well -received Horror. He admitted that after an album to the public, the last thing he wants to do is to think about another album, so that in recent years he actually devoted himself to the street without being absorbed in his head. It only began to generate ideas in April 2024, and then he met on the floor and worked with producer Alex Kane and Mixer Steve Evetts.

“Usually, when I end a record, I don't want to do anything afterwards just because I have burned out and I want to get a little bit of space,” he said. “It was cool to know that this thing was not even in this thing and to see how far it has come – the album cover, the videos, the songs, production – is crazy to believe that it has grown so much in just one year.

This new album, which contains songs such as “Rotting Away” and “in Misery”, still takes place on Wednesday, the 13th, with this youthful energy, similar to his days in Murderdolls and Frankenstein Drag Queens from Planet 13. However, he admitted that this record also shows its wisdom for decades in the music business, with some lives and 20/20 visions.

“I'm still the child,” said Wednesday 13. “I refuse to grow up. I'm an almost 50-year-old child, and my fans grow with me. And they get older too, so I can use the term for adults a bit. Over time, a little wisdom comes with it, and that is about the same ripe as I can get it. Live quickly and die young, let a good-looking corpse.

The set list on the current tour contains some new melodies of the album. He admitted that he and the band had to constantly rehearse the new compositions, just so that they live well next to the classics.

“Every time we do sound check, we play the three new songs just because we played them less than the others,” he said. “We just want to make them better and perfect, but after a few rehearsals we nail these new songs, probably even better than the record because we had time to hear them and just decorate it. It always takes a little time to develop these mistakes, but I'm pretty happy to say that I fire everything and how the record sounds like the plate, or better than the plate.”

Wednesday 13, whose songs are definitely for a mature audience, is in the situation in which there are too many albums and melodies to choose from when you create a set list. He gave a rare insight into his head when he found an overview of the sound selection of this tour.

“It is frustrating for me because I want to give everyone what they want,” admitted 13 Wednesday. “I don't like it when people who go away, 'Oh man, she didn't play that.' But this is the 10th record, two Murderdolls, since I now have the 10th Wednesday, since the people have my Frankenstein -Queens band -that's a lot that I want to hear, so I looked at the set list first. Skeleton Rekete the new album we play songs. They are the first three albums and first Murderdolls. I am glad that I stayed with it because it works well and people don't believe that we play all of this. It feels like a set list of the biggest hits. It's really cool. “
