Fire weather clock expected this weekend in Arizona with cooler temperatures

Phoenix (Azfamilie) – A fire weather clock is in force on Saturday and Sunday for a large part of the Easternarizona due to dry conditions and gusty winds.

Winds can gusts this weekend up to 40 miles per hour. This includes Greer. Unfortunately, this means stronger winds for fire fighting this weekend. Wind counseling is in force for Northwestern Arizona on Saturday.

Mostly sunny today and Saturday with heights in the mid -1990s. The breeze will be picked up to 20 to 25 miles per hour on Saturday. Sunday looks like the choice of the weekend with heights in the upper 80s! Sunday is not so airy, but some gusts over 20 miles per hour are still possible on Sunday afternoon.

The temperatures will rise to the low 90s on Monday. The normal season is 94, so it looks like we are starting the working week a bit below the normal. The below -average trend will probably come to an end by Tuesday with the highest levels of the middle to the 1990s. The three -digit digits then return to the low to mid -100 by Wednesday and Thursday.

It will be a windy weekend for the highlands, with some showers in North Arizona on Saturday and until Sunday. Another system on Sunday to Monday will have an additional chance of showering for the highlands, together with some high snow snow. The cooler temperatures and the chance of showering can help reduce the fire risk a little, but the gusty winds will still be a factor.
