Feds raise 12 other suspects in the case of Rico because of crypto crime -crime scene

Twelve other suspects were charged because of their alleged participation in a Spree of cryptocurrency theft and the subsequent laundry of the virtual currency worth hundreds of millions of dollars.

Four of the suspects – Kunal Mehta, Hamza Doost, Joel Cortez and Evan Tangeman – were charged with the laundry of the means because of their alleged roles.

At one point, Conor Flansburg – a suspected database hacker and organizer of the group – asked Lam rhetorical: “[H]OW we are all so much better than everyone … [H]OW we have exceeded all children who have been around for 8 years in a few months[?]””

On September 18, 2024, LAM was informed by a criminal prosecution officer that the police officers campaigned against him in accordance with the indictment. Before the police arrived in his house in Miami to arrest him, he went back to a boat dock in Biscayne Bay and let his cell phone fall into the water.
