Lieutenant General Jon Stubbs raises Virginia National Guard Excellence at Military Ball | Of the article

Virginia Beach, va. – Lieutenant General Jonathan “Jon” Stubbs, Director of the National Guard of the Army, competed on April 26, soldiers, soldiers and families of the Virginia National Guard, soldiers, Airms and families at the annual military ball of Virginia National Guard in Virginia, and recognized the critical contributions of the organization to state and national missions.

Stubbs was accompanied by his wife Jane Stubbs, who also dealt with families and service members during the event.

“The National Guard in Virginia continues to set the standard for excellence across the country,” said Stubbs. “It is inspiring to see first -hand the commitment and resilience of these outstanding men and women who selflessly serve their communities and their country.”

Stubbs added the long history of the guard: “The National Guard of Virginia has a historical line of service from 1607, and today's soldiers and planes continue this tradition with the highest fighting standards.

Major General James W. Ring, General Adjutant from Virginia, emphasized the importance of the visit and the ongoing mission success of the guard.

“It is an honor for us to organize Lt. General Stubbs and to present the incredible work that our soldiers and planes do every day,” said Ring. “His support emphasizes the vital connection between our state forces and the broader national mission.”

The event included presentations, training highlights and an overview of upcoming initiatives to modernize the devices and to strengthen the willingness for future operations. Stubbs celebrated the remarkable excellence and the rich line of the National Guard of Virginia.
