New video shows moment computer failure met Newark Airport.

Newark, NJ. (WFSB) – Delays at Newark Airport were a hot topic of discussion.

New videos show that the computer screens in the air traffic control center, in which the flights of the airport deal last Friday, became black.

The 90 -second failure did not allow controllers to pursue planes or speak to pilots.

The video also shows the moment when most of the screens turn on again.

The incident occurred at a slow time for the airport. However, a similar failure occurred on April 28 in the same facility in Philadelphia.

Half a dozen controllers took a dream vacation after the incident, which led to a series of flight delays.

However, transport secretary Sean Duffy insists that it is certain to fly.

“I think the system is certain that there are several redundancies in the entire system that protect people. Even the frustrations in Newark, if we have slowed down traffic, the key is not efficiency, the key is security,” he said.

It was also learned that another failure on Monday met a flight safety facility near Denver near Denver. However, the FAA says that no flights were affected and no aircraft were at risk.

There is a possibility that flights can be cut before the busy travel season.
