No. 17 Tennessee Baseball (41-12, 16-11 seconds) is in game two by Arkansas (41-12, 18-10 seconds) in game two of a three-game series in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

The first pitch in the Walker Stadium tree takes place at 7:30 p.m. ET in the Sec Network.

Tennessee fetches a win on Friday on Thursday with 10: 7 openings. Marcus Phillips made a solid start and Tennessees offensive exploded 10 runs.

Tennessee enters the last series of the regular season, which has to struggle in the second game. The Vols lost four series in a row and five of their last six, four of whom came at home.

The crime did not fulfill its potential while the Bullpen was shaky and the defense was bad.

With the latest fights, Tennessee probably has to win the series this weekend to organize a NCAA region. If Tennessee only gains a game that is the most, the VONS need a really strong run in the Sec tournament to improve their hosting chances.

But since Tennessee surprisingly takes up the first game, the Vols are well positioned to win the series because on Friday evening they are the better team on paper with Ace Liam Doyle on the hill.

Arkansas had a strong start to the season when he had lost only one game before the SEC game started. The conference game was for the Razorbacks Topsy Turvy, losing four of their last five series after winning their first four season series.

When Arkansa's series has won, they almost always swept. The razorbacks have a series swepeps against South Carolina, Vanderbilt, Missouri and the most impressive Texas two weeks ago in Fayetteeville.

Arkansas' crime has a serious pop that took the seventh and third place in the SC percentage. The Aloy brothers led the way for Arkansas' crime. Wehiwa Aloy is a candidate of the SEC player of the year and occurs at the weekend with 17 homes, 16 doubles and 54 RBIs. Kuhio Aloy meets 13 Home Runs, 14 doubles and 66 RBIs .356.

Five Arkansas players have double-digit Homeruns this season with seven players who meet over eight Homeruns. Charles Davalan meets 13 Home Runs .349, while Cam Kozeal meets 12 Homeruns .340.

Arkansas's pitching rod is in the Sec with 3.96 team era. Dylan Carter (2.23 ERA in 32.1 IP) and Aidan Jimenez (2.51 ERA in 32.1 IP) were the upper arms in Arkansas' Bullpen.

The Vols will try to end their recent battles against the Razorbacks this week. UT against Arkansas was the last series victory in 2005, while the last series victory in Fayetteeville 2001 was Pro UT. Tony Vitello is currently 2-9 against Dave van Horn.

Notes for injuries/availability
  • In the second game against Kentucky a foul ball unfortunately met Tennessee Relief Pitcher Tanner Wiggins in the mouth. Tony Vitello said that there were teeth that were involved in Wiggins' injury, and the second year was then operated on his jaw.
    • Read more about the Wiggins status here.
  • UNC Transfer First Baseman Alberto Osuna does not remain eligible.
    • But two montages ago, Osuna once again initiated legal steps that still applied for the authorization. Read more here.

Pitching Matchup:

Vols Jr. LHP Liam Doyle (9-2, 2.17 ERA, 14 app.

vs.

Razorbacks R-SO. Aiden Jimenez (4-1, 2.51 ERA, 17 app., 0 starts, 1 SV, 32.1 IP, 27 h, 9 R, 9 ER, 7 BB, 34 K, 5 XBH, .229 OPP.

Pitching notes:
  • Doyle remains in his role on Friday evening, but not in the role of the game. Tennessee wanted to hold Doyle in his regular routine after threw 100 pitches last week. Gives Doyles bladder more time to improve before tonight.
    • The bladder occasionally used up for Doyle after 70-80 positions. Sometimes worse than others. Just something that the Vols Ace probably have to go forward.
  • The first start of the season for Jimenez when Arkansas shakes his rotation. He was a bullpen arm that didn't make much easier. Most of the pitches he thrown is 57. Since March 22, March 22, no more than 3.1 innerings have been.
    • Expect that Jimenez is more of an opener and 3ish -ininning throws. Would be surprised if he goes into 5-in/80-pitch territory.

  • The running rule is mandatory in the second game. When Tennessee or Arkansas runs by 10 or more runs after the seventh inning, the game is over.
