Santiago Mateo | Johnston County's first aider has triggered in the customer mortality

A preliminary report by the medical examiner of North Carolina showed that Mateo suffered from a very enlarged heart and a serious illness of coronary artery. Toxicological reports are still pending.

For this reason, the district prosecutor of Johnston, Susan Doyle, said no charges against a member of the sheriff office or an emergency staff.
