Disappointing iPhone 17 price design, breathtaking iPhone display -lay -lecks, discuss the problems of Apple 2025

Take a look back from Apple this week, including all-display iPhone leaks, iPhone 17 prices, the last major publication of iOS 18, Airpods Pro Upgrades, the discussion of Apple 2025 problems and the final F1 trailer drops.

Apple Loop is here to remind you of some of the many discussions about Apple in the past seven days. You can also read my weekly Digest of Android News here on Forbes.

The all display iPhone

Will the iPhone of Apple's 20th anniversary finally deliver the sci-fi goal of a one-piece iPhone? It is unlikely. But what looks accessible is an iPhone that – at least from the front – looks exactly the display. New leaks around the design of the iPhone 2027 suggest that the bezels and the frame for owners are “out of sight”:

“Etnews writes that Apple aims to use” four-edge bending agents “for the iPhone 2027, which not only contracts on the left and right-wing pages, as can be seen in some current smartphones, but would also wrap the upper and lower edges.

Prepare for a more expensive iPhone 17

Since trade tariffs indicate a potential influence of over 900 million US dollars in Apple in this quarter alone, many speculate whether Apple will increase prices to increase income, and the main candidate for this offset is the upcoming iPhone 17.

“At the same time, managers of the company are careful before the duties of the duties. These circumstances have caused Apple to check which insiders for offer chains were the least referred to as the choice of the least disturbed selection: the increase in prices for the new iPhones to obtain profits and to explain other reasons as tariffs to explain the move.

The last update of iOS 18

The last regular update to iOS 18 was published before the global developer conference in the next month and the debut of iOS 19. Version 18.5 is not strong for new functions -in security and error fixes -but it brings new ad options and an optimized mail -app interface to the iPhone platform with:

“There is the Pride Harmony Wallpaper that helped confirmation of the rumors about the release date. This wallpaper is a regular thing of Apple at this time of pride Month (June). It is available for the iPhone and iPad. There is a new watch face for the Apple Watch and a new Pride Edition Apple Watch Sportsband (full details here).”

New AirPods signposted

As with many Apple products, Airpods Pro 2 will expect an update for Airpods Pro 3 in the future. This looks more precisely today when Code -Nippets point out that Apple updates the code to prepare for the next buds. It remains to be seen whether this is early with WWDC or later with an iPhone start in September, but it feels close.

“If the code has been referred to a task that required” Airpods Pro 2nd Generation “, the same task now has a new description in the latest software publication. Now it requires” Airpods Pro 2 or higher “. In other words, something in Apple's code for which Airpods per 2 is currently required, and Apple is also preparing for this change.”

Apple's 2025 problems in a podcast

Is Apple just too big? An interesting conversation between Nilay Patel and Jon Gruber touches many questions, challenges and the legal danger with which Apple 2025 is exposed. Listen online now after you have selected some of the highlights:

“All this combination with Apple's scale has created a kind of hybris, and as you hear, as Gruber says, a big blind spot for Apple, which has pushed it into these top -class and public legal use that could redesign its business. 20 billion US dollars a year.”

And finally …

The Apple-financed F1 film published a second trailer in the weeks before the general publication. Apple has many of its own films, but the wide theater publication and funding of F1 is a new territory for the company:

“F1 is staged by Joseph Kosinski and produced by Jerry Bruckheimer, Brad Pitt and the seven-time F1 world champion Lewis Hamilton.”
