The bus was hit in the city of Bilopillia, say the Ukrainian officials

The regional military administration of Sumy says that another four people were injured in the city of Bilopillia on Saturday morning.

Doctors, emergency services and police are now working at the scene.

The reported attack is only a few hours after Russia and Ukraine have had their first direct peace talks since 2022.

The talks on Friday in Istanbul, Turkey, did not lead to a breakthrough, since Ukraine and Russia were far apart, how the war was to be ended.

However, it was agreed that each page will return 1,000 prisoners of war to the other in the coming days.
