Rebels win NCAA regional game

The rebels defeated the Grand Canyon on May 16 in Tucson, Arizona, 7: 4 and were on May 17th at 3 p.m. CT in the winning bracket to play the regional moderator Arizona (46-11).

The Ole Miss Victory grabbed Grand Canyon's 23-game victory. The antelope are 46-7.

Ole Miss (38-17) scored 3-0 in the fifth inning, but broke through five runs with a fifth inning. Ashton Lansdell brought the rebels on the board with a solo homerun. Two singles, a double and a wild field scored the rest of the runs in the fifth. Aliyah Binford led Ole Miss with three RBIs.

Ole Miss has reached the NCAA tournament every season since 2016 and turned to the Super Regionals in 2017 and 2019.
