Man who transferred after an accident with two vehicles on a 15 motorway under Ranchero Road

Hesperia, California (vvng.com) – A man was flown to a trauma center after an accident with two vehicles on the I.-15 motorway to the north under the Rancherero Road overpass in Hesperia.

The collision was reported on May 16, 2025 at 10:48 p.m. and included a dark 2021 Toyota Camry and a silver Honda.

The silver Honda suffered a large front-end damage while the camry suffered great rear damage.

It was not immediately clear in which vehicle the injured man was in the time of the crash.

According to the California Highway Patrol Logs, both vehicles blocked the lanes, whereby one was reported that opposes the false direction.

The fire brigade staff of the San Bernardino district reacted to the scene and found that the man's injuries required immediate air traffic.

Mercy Air 22 landed near the Bishop Avenue and the Poplar Street in Hesperia, east of Highway 395, where the man was transferred from a floor car and flown to a trauma center.

CHP officers were able to move the vehicles involved from the alleys, so that traffic on the I-15 motorway in the north was opened again shortly after the incident.

The cause of the crash is examined by the CHP Victorville Station.
