US President Donald Trump said that he was ready to travel to China to talk to XI Jinping on foreign policy and economic questions.

“I would certainly,” said Trump when he was asked whether he would like to visit Xi on a foreign trip during an interview with Fox News that was broadcast on Friday, and added that the relationship between China and the USA was “important”.

In his second term, the US President repeatedly expressed the willingness to speak to the Chinese leader. At the beginning of the week, he predicted that the two could speak by phone after their MPs had negotiated a temporary ceasefire in the trade war, which was triggered by Trump, imposed on the dramatic tariffs for Chinese goods.

As part of this 90-day agreement, the United States reduced taxes for Chinese imports from 145%to 30%, while Chinese duties for US goods fell to 10%.

Although Trump endeavors to contact the Chinese leader, he represented his justified visit to Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates, which should keep the countries outside the influence of Beijing outside the influence of Beijing.

“They went to China, and that would be her parents, and that doesn't happen,” said Trump about the three Arab countries. He added that the nations were “very important to stay in our wrinkles”.
