The judiciary of Iran confirms the death sentence for singer Tataloo, says application for pardon and repetition of “investigator”

The Iranian judicial spokesman Asghar Jahangir confirmed during a press conference on Saturday that this is known against the controversial Iranian singer Amir Hossein Maghsoudlou, well -known, well -known, well -known death sentence, was completed and is ready for the enforcement.

Jahangir explained that Tataloo was initially sentenced to 10 years in prison for corruption and prostitution, for which he is currently serving time.

In a separate case, in which charges were charged with insulting Islamic healing, Tataloo was sentenced to five years by the Tehran's criminal court. However, the Supreme Court raised the judgment and transferred the case to the court, which then obtained a death sentence. The Supreme Court later confirmed this judgment and made it final and executable.

Jahangir noticed that the Tataloo lawyer submitted two legal inquiries. One for a pardon that applies to Article 114 of the Islamic Criminal Code, citing regrets and a repetition in accordance with Article 477 of the Criminal Procedure Code, this applies if a final judgment is clear against Islamic law.

“Both inquiries are currently being checked in court, and their results are announced after the appointment,” he clarified.
