In the Sumy region, the number of people in a Russian drone attack on a bus near Bilopillia has risen to seven.

According to Ukrainform, the state emergency service of Ukraine reported on the update on Facebook.

Rescue workers used special devices to access the corpses of the deceased from the ruins of the bus.

Preliminary reports indicate that nine people were killed and seven further injuries were suffered.

On the early Saturday, May 17th, the Russian armed forces started a Lancet drone strike, which aimed at a civilian bus near Bilopillia in the Sumy region. The first reports showed nine deaths and four injuries.

The mourning days were explained in Bilopillia and Sumy to honor the victims.
