“Dear Popville,

Do you have Heard on Saturday, April 26 at around 530 or 6 p.m. on the ramp of the Roosevelt Bridge from RCP / I St. NW? My wife and me saw a single car and a man who was lying on the floor with some people around him.

He was terribly injured – I will save you the details, but I can say without hesitation that it was the worst thing I've ever seen.

I think DC might have stopped the traffic at some point – my wife said Google Maps showed a standstill when we came home – but there had to have been hundreds of cars that came past and saw the gruesome scene before things were closed.

I have not seen any reports about it and I am excited to see what happened and when the guy has managed to pull through.

(Randnote: The fact that this has not done the news makes me a little scared – the worst thing I've ever seen is so common that it is not even worth mentioning.
