2025 NBA Eastern Conference Finals odds: Knicks preferred to Pacers

The Knicks are preferred to achieve their first NBA final for 26 years.

After the Knicks annoyed the defending champion Celtics in round 2, they are a favorite from -150 to win the Eastern Conference final towards the Pacers, which are an outsider of +125 at BetmGM Sportsbook.

Since only Indiana is in the championship round, the Knicks have the second best chances (+350) to win the title behind the thunder (+110), which is a serious favorite against the Nuggets in Oklahoma City on Sunday to win game 7 against the Nuggets.
