The influencer that was shot during the livestream

Prosecutors now believe that hired assassins may be responsible for the death of the 23-year-old influencer Valeria Marquez, who was shot from their beauty salon in Jalisco, Mexico at the beginning of this week.

On Tuesday, May 13th, Marquez was Beauty Lounge in her salon, when a man came after initial examinations according to the first pillar and fired a weapon on her, according to Jalalco State Public Prosecutor's Office (JSPO). The moment was caught on a Tikok Livestream when Marquez actively recorded for her followers at the time of her death.

Denis Rodríguez, a spokesman for the JSPO, announced the Associated Press that hours before Marquez arrived in the salon, a man as a delivery driver issued and pretended to have a “very expensive” gift for the influencer.

The man who wore a mask and was accompanied by another man on a motorcycle told a woman in the salon that she had to deliver the gift personally, reported the AP.

After Marquez had arrived in Blossom and learned that the men had asked her about her, she became anxious and explained that she was “concerned” on the Tikest stream shortly before her killing, according to Outlet.

“Maybe they wanted to kill me. They wanted to come and take me away or what?” She said in the live stream according to AP.

The masked man and the motorcyclist returned to the Jalalco Salon minutes after the expression of their fears, and what they did next, the public prosecutor led to the assumption that they were met.

One of the men asked if Marquez was in the salon, Rodríguez told the AP: “So he doesn't seem to know her.”

“With this, they can – without jumping – to depart that this was a person who was paid,” Rodríguez continued and added that the attacker “obviously came with a purpose”.

Contract killers on motorcycles have become widespread, said Rodríguez of the outlet. He also revealed that two men on a motorcycle just murdered a former congress member in the area a few hours before Marquez.

The authorities examine whether the two deaths are connected.

Rodríguez replied on Saturday, May 17th, not immediately to people's request for comments.

Marquez 'final contributions included selfies and professional modeling photos, and she had just posted a now exuberant Spiegel selfie on Instagram stories when news broke about her tragic death.

At the time of her death, the beauty guru had 149,000 Instagram supporters and more than 114,000 Tikkok supporters, many of which streamed into both reports to mourn them.
