Woman who was accused of killed South Fulton Officer in the frontal accident

South Fulton, Ga. – – The woman, who was accused of having killed the 47-year-old captain of South Fulton of the South Fulton police in a frontal collision, was officially charged.

Santoria Latrice McLean, 31, from Atlanta, was arrested by Georgia State Patrol.

Lt. Helio Garcia killed in service

The background story:

According to the authorities, Garcia was on duty on April 15, 2025 and drove his patrol vehicle when a driver bent into his lane.

Both Garcia and the other driver identified as McLean were taken to a local hospital. Garcia did not survive his injuries.

Officials confirmed that Garcia was a proud husband and father of two daughters and a son.
