A person killed by Floyd County Crash – ABC 6 News

(ABC 6 News) – A woman in Iowa died on Friday evening after a fatal crash in Floyd County.

According to Iowa State Patrol, it happened at the intersection of HWY 14 and CR-B60 around 8:10 p.m.

The crash report says that an utilimaster Utilivan (Box Truck) drove to the west with CR-B60 when the vehicle did not stop at HWY 14 and hit a Jeep Trail Hawk 2019 to the south.

Both vehicles entered the southeast trench.

The driver of the boxing truck, the 38-year-old Britney Huffman from Cedar Falls, was expelled from the vehicle and declared dead at the crime scene.

Huffman did not wear a seat belt.

The driver of the jeep, 35-year-old autumn Taylor from Greene, suffered minor injuries.

ISP was supported by the Sheriff office of the Floyd County, Marble Rock Fire and Rescue and AMR on site.
