2025 NCAA DIII softball championship: clip, schedule, scores

The 2025 NCAA Diii-Softball tournament was unveiled on the 64 team field via a selection show on May 12th on NCAA.com. The 2025 tournament consists of two selection pools: automatic qualification games from conference tournament titles and Largen berths.

The matchups begin with the regional round on Thursday, May 15th and will continue through the final. On Wednesday, June 4th, inspiration Field in Bloomington, Il.

DIII softball championship history

The national championship of the DIII softball dates from 1982, with the state of Eastern Connecticut claiming the first national title via TCNJ and being undefeated in the final series. Most recently, East Texas Baptist won the National Championship 2024 Diii softball, winning his first title since 2010 and the second in program history. They defeated Belhaven, 9-5.
