Man who was killed in the persecution of the police when Mercedes-Benz comes on the wall

A 52-year-old man who was a passenger in a Mercedes who fell against a wall in Grant Hill has died, said the San Diego police department on Saturday.

Shortly after 11:30 p.m. on Friday, the police initiated a traffic stop in the 29th St. The male driver of the Mercedes-Benz C230, which, according to the SDPD, led to a persecution.

When the Mercedes driver approached the intersection of the 32nd and J -Straßen, he tried to turn right into the J Street and “lost control of the vehicle and collided with a retaining wall at the northeastern corner of the intersection,” said SDPD.

Paramedics brought the driver and male passenger to a hospital where the passenger was declared dead, said SDPD.

The 52 -year -old driver was treated for a broken thigh.

The police said that driving under the influence “was a factor for this collision” and the traffic department of SDPD examined the crash.

The names of the victim and the driver were not published immediately.
