Larry Hughes (1979)

With a nickname like “Smooth” it felt that Hughes would turn into a solid NBA -Hooper. This winger was the eighth overall election in the NBA design of 1998 and only spent two seasons with the Philadelphia 76ers. He really broke out when he came to the Golden State Warriors in 1999 and scored an average of 22.7 points per game after this period.

Hughes played for the Warriors for three years and then fit for the Washington Wizards, Cleveland Cavaliers, Chicago Bulls, New York Knicks, Charlotte Hornets and Orlando Magic. While he has never played for a team for more than three seasons, Hughes still worked a 13-year career. His best season was in 2004 with Washington with an average of 22 points, 6.3 rebounds, 4.7 assists and 2.9 steals, while he took sixth place in the sixth man of the year. These 2.9 steals led the league and he also took part in the Slam Dunk competition 2000.
