In a video released on Instagram, the influencer – who is lovingly known online as “okay baby” – has an update with her supporters after the death of her baby, five days after his death on April 24th in a car accident.

“I wanted to try to come here and give them an update because I heard of all the love and the support that they all gave,” Katelynn began in the clip, which was shared on Tuesday, April 29.

“At a time like this, it means so much,” she added in the clip, which was also posted on Tikkok.

Katelynn said that she was released from the hospital yesterday, but her husband Jaelen Ordone – the father of Preston and her daughter Paisley Anne – is still in the hospital, so they live in an Airbnb nearby to make visits.

“None of us could really understand why or how this could happen. But their support made a big difference in many ways,” said Katelynn emotionally in the video.

“Maybe I can't see everything, I may not be able to respond to every comment because it is really difficult for me to look at it,” she continued. “I still see some things and hear how much you love him and it means a lot.”

Katelynn admitted that it was difficult to express her thoughts at the moment, but wanted to show her appreciation for everyone who had sent with news.

“It is very difficult for me to collect my thoughts at the moment, but I really wanted everyone to really appreciate the support in this incredibly difficult time.

Katelynn's latest video comes shortly after two of her family members have confirmed Preston's death on social media. In the video that was divided on April 27, they found that the older daughter of the Ordone family was not in the car at the time of the crash.

“Her truck turned right from the Interstate and beat a tree, and unfortunately Preston didn't make it,” said a woman who was identified as a brielle.

She also shared an update about Katelynn and Jaelan's injuries from the car accident and found that they are “seriously injured”.

“Kantelynn has several broken bones. She had a very poor concussion,” said Brielle in the clip. “She ran for the first time today. Jaelen had to have an emergency operation on one of his legs. He has rods, pens. They are both in different hospitals.”

On April 24, the Louisiana State Police announced in a press release that the vehicle Preston, a Ford F-150 from 2011, had “deviated from the road to the right and hit a tree”.
