310 Due to immigration break in AZ over 10 to May 16, charged

Phoenix – The US public prosecutor's office for the district of Arizona announced on Friday that 310 people were charged from May 10th to 16th for illegal immigration activities.

Of those who were accused of criminal behavior, 170 went into the United States illegally, 125 went into the USA illegally and 15 allegedly smuggled into the country without papers, as a press release revealed.

The federal authorities who have helped in these cases included immigration and enforcing the staging of the staging (Homeland Security “, the US border police, the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and the office for alcohol, tobacco, firearms and explosives (ATF).

On Wednesday, the authorities accused the 56-year-old Jose Herrera Daniel, “tried to export ammunition illegally from the USA to Mexico”. The US border protection officers found 6,339 rounds of ammunition with a size of 7.62 mm in Daniel's vehicle, while they inspected them in the entry port in Douglas, Arizona.

The day before, Yolanda Mendivil-Diaz, who had illegally joined the United States in 2014, was charged with the re-entry of a distant alien. At the time of her last distance, Mendivil-Diaz was convicted of selling or transferring narcotics, which the Supreme Court of Arizona sees as a crime, the press release said.

Last Saturday, an American citizen named Angelica Ramos-Lopez was accused of transporting an illegal foreigner to transport birth certificate and severe identity theft. The authorities on the State Route 85 immigration checkpoint near Gila Bend stopped Ramos-Lopez's vehicle for inspection and found a child who is covered “from a blanket from head to toe”. Although the woman presented and claimed a birth certificate that the child's mother, the child informed the authorities that they had been presented as a different name and Ramos-Lopez was her stepmother.

Ramos-Lopez later admitted that she did not know the child in her vehicle, the child was undocumented and she was paid to bring the child from Mexico to Phoenix. The birth certificate was associated with Ramos-Lopez 'organic son.

All of these cases above are individual parts of the nationwide program, Operation Take Naken America, which “rejects the invasion of illegal immigration”.
