Second man who was charged with Chris Brown's 'bottle attack' in the night club

The police have charged a second man in connection with the chaotic Chris Brown alleged bottle attack in a night club in London.

The 36-year-old artist was charged with intentions for serious bodily harm after being arrested in a noble 5-star hotel at the beginning of this week, Radaronline.com can reveal.

On Thursday, May 15th, Brown was custody in the Lowry Hotel in Manchester.

The incident in question dates from February 19, 2023, when Brown attacked music producers ABE Diaw in the Tape Nightclub in the heart of Londons Mayfair.

US National Omololu Akinlolu, 38, was also involved and is scheduled to compete in Manchester on Saturday before the music at the Magistrates 'Court'.

A spokesman for the Metropolitan Police said: “The indictment refers to an attack that reports on Sunday, February 19, 2023, at an event location at the Hanover Square in London. A man has already been released in connection with the same matter.”

In October 2023, Diaw submitted a lawsuit against Brown for $ 16 million in damages and losses that were suffered under the alleged attack.

The producer claimed that Brown “inflicted serious and permanent injuries” after he “beaten” in 1942 months earlier in February 2023 with a bottle of Don Julio.

Brown supposedly also went to “Ruthless on” diaw and kicked him back, which hit him for 30 seconds.

Diaw claimed that the “crushing blows” had taken him to the hospital because of the “cuts on his head and torn ligaments in his leg”.

The public prosecutor, who was represented by the deputy public prosecutor of CPS London North, Adele Kelly, underlined the seriousness of the indictment.

She noticed: “We approved the Metropolitan Police to accuse Chris Brown with a number of serious bodily harm, contrary to § 18 of the crimes against the person Act 1861.

“The public prosecutor's service is reminiscent of the fact that criminal proceedings against this defendant are active and that it has the right to a fair procedure.

“It is extremely important that there should be no reporting, comments or parts of information online that could affect these procedures in any way.”

As if the indictment would not be enough, the two-time Grammy winner should start his tour for 20th anniversary next month.

The highly awaited shows are amazed throughout the UK, starting with two nights in the Co-OP Live Stadium in Manchester, before they meet cities such as Cardiff, London, Birmingham and Glasgow in June.
