Whole families are wiped out because the last remaining hospitals are exposed to Gaza with direct fire and total closure.

More than 100 Palestinians have been killed in the Gaza Strip on Sunday since dawn, as Israeli armed forces escalate air strikes and tightened the siege of hospitals via the enclave.

According to medical sources, which were cited by Al-Jazeera, at least 125 Palestinians have been killed in Israeli attacks since dawn, including 55 in Gaza city and in the northern areas of the strip.

Al-Jazera reported that 15 people were either killed or missing after an air raid in a house in the district of Safawi, north of the city of Gaza.

In Jabaliya, the Northern Gaza, two separate strikes in houses, which were part of the Maqat and Nasr families, led to the death of at least 20 Palestinians, most of them women and children.

In Beit Lahia, seven members of the Al-Barawi family were killed and others were wounded when their house was targeted by an Israeli air raid.

The Tel-Zaatar area in the Jabaliya refugee camp was asked intensively. Five reported dead and several others injured. The shelling also caused the nearby Al-Awda Hospital in detail and destroyed additional civilian houses in the region.

According to the Ministry of Health, 20 other people were reported in the center of Gaza who were killed in the ongoing bombing.

In the southern city of Khan Yunis, an Israeli air raid hit a tent camp protection. Images from the website show widespread destruction.

Hospitals under siege

In the middle of the continuing bombing, hospitals with growing threats are pending.

The Ministry of Health in Gaza said that the Israeli armed forces surrounded and attacked the Indonesian hospital in the north, just a few days after the European Gaza Hospital had been forced out of service.

The Ministry reported that panic and confusion have recorded patients, medical staff and the wounded, strictly disturbing emergency services in the emergency room. According to reports, two patients were injured in trying to evacuate the besieged hospital.

Officials say that the siege prevents the wounded from accessing care, since Israel seems to intensify a systematic campaign to deactivate the medical infrastructure. The Ministry has asked international bodies to intervene and offer protection.

The Al-Nahli Baptist Hospital in Gaza has enacted an urgent attraction for blood donation in the middle of an influx of losses.

“Catastrophic situation”

Dr. Marwan Sultan, director of the Indonesian hospital, described the situation as “catastrophic” and found that the facility is now under full siege, with Israeli forces shooting at someone who moves.

He said Al-Jazeera that Israeli aircraft had shot into the intensive care unit and that the hospital could no longer work. “There are only patients and medical staff. Why is this place targeted?” he asked.

Dr. Sultan asked international organizations to put the Israeli authorities under pressure, to enable medical teams, to work safely and to critically provide the wounded.
