A 75-year-old man from Orlando was killed and two inhabitants of Kissimmee were injured in a crash on Saturday afternoon with a lynx bus in the Wetherbee Road in South Orange County, the Florida Highway Patrol reported late Saturday evening.

The incident occurred on Saturday at 2:30 p.m. at the intersection of the Wetherbee Road and Ile of Wright Drive, east of the orange blossom path. Soldiers say that the driver of a Tesla model X, a 35-year-old man from Orlando, had traveled to the east on Wetherbee above the published speed limit. In an attempt to maneuver a slower vehicle around, the driver lost control and fell to the east into the rear part of the entrance to the bust, which was in the left turn.

According to her report, soldiers say that the bus overturns from the impact onto the left side and then upright onto the sidewalk and the street.

The 75-year-old was taken to the HCA Florida Oscola Hospital and declared dead. The Tesla driver was also brought to the HCA Florida Oscola with serious injuries. The bus driver, a 48-year-old Kissimmee man and another passenger, a 27-year-old Kissimmee man, were brought to hospitals with minor injuries.
