Tommy Edman von Dodgers has an ankle injury and hopes to return to the line -up on Friday

Los Angeles Dodgers's utility man, Tommy Edman, was against Miami Marlins from the line -up for the game on Wednesday. The insider of Dodgers, David Vassegh, revealed in the Snla broadcast that Edman optimized his ankle on Tuesday at the Sixth Inning of the 15-2 victory.

While the Dodgers do not believe that Edman has more difficult to do with anything, the team wanted to have two days off for him-with the planned off-day on Thursday before the start on Friday against Atlanta Braves on Friday.

Vassegh said the team was confident that Edman will be in the line -up on Friday.

The 29-year-old Edman has a glowing start this season .252/.295/.523 with eight Homeruns, 24 RBIs and an ops of .818. Edman had played in all 30 games on Wednesday when he got a day free on Monday, but had entered the game as a prise hitter in the eighth Inning. He stayed in the game and made a decline with two runs.

Now Edman will be treated in the hope of being ready for the game on Friday. In his absence, the pensioner Kiké Hernández was in the line -up on Wednesday and played the second basis.
