2 children and 1 adults dead in the fatal frontal accident in Grayson County

The Texas Department of Public Safety Troopers answered an accident with three vehicles on the FM-3133, west of the Jim Cannon around noon around noon around noon around noon around noon.

What we know:

A preliminary investigation showed that a 2007 Dodge 3500 was in a west direction behind a Toyota Tacoma from 2017 that rose a hill. The driver of the Dodge 3500 tried to pass the Tacoma in a no-passing zone, and hit a 2003 Chevrolet Silverado frontal, whereby the Silverado caught fire. The Dodge 3500 also hit the Toyota Tacoma.

The driver of the Dodge 3500 was Rocky Patterson, a 63-year-old man from Rowlett, TX.

Patterson was brought to the Baylor Scott Hospital in McKinney.

The driver of the Silverado was declared dead at the crime scene. Identified as a 41-year-old, Tommy Moorehead III, from Leonard, TX.

The passengers, a 4-year-old and a 6-year-old, were both declared dead at the scene.

The driver of Tacomas, Dennis Pringle, a 74-year-old from Anna, TX, was treated at the scene.

Suspicious charges

On May 18, the Texas Highway Patrol Troopers received an arrest warrant against Rocky Patterson due to three cases of homicide, a second degree crime.
Rocky Patterson was arrested and booked into the Grayson County prison.
