The indictment states that the hate crime itself is a burning cross in front of a campaign sign with a racist slur in the middle of the drain between Mobolade, which is black, and Wayne Williams, who is white, was uncomplicated.

Court files show that West guilty on March 11, because he has maliciously conveyed false information about a threat from fire. In the plea agreement, West admits that she has agreed to work with Blackcloud and Bernard to orchestrate the joke. The attempt for Blackcloud and Bernard should begin on Monday morning after a negotiation date was cleared in January. The two decided to do without a plea agreement.

The applications submitted in the name of Blackcloud and Bernard were recently rejected by the court. Among other things, the applications claimed that the accused's actions were not a “true threat” and were protected after the first change.

“In summary, the court finds that this is not a case in which the statements made by the defendants were so clearly protected by the first change that the court has existing terms that they do not represent a real threat,” says a court order in which the applications were dismissed.

“Instead, the Court finds that whether the statement of a defendant is a true threat or mere political speech is a question for the jury.”

The accused also indicated that the indictment in November was not sufficient, but the court decided that the facts specified were “specific enough to meet the criminal proceedings”.

Mayor Mobolade was shot after the publication of the indictment for his communication with Bernard before and after the incident, but Mobolade has denied any knowledge of the Hasskfrechen joke and declared that he worked entirely with the law enforcement authorities during the examination.
