The 15 -year -old Kiyan, who played for the youth team of Queens Park Rangers -was fatally stabbed on May 18, 2006 to break a fight outside of his school in North London.

But almost two decades later, the data of the charity organization indicated that little has changed.

Despite the legislation that aimed to make the purchase knife more difficult, they believed that young people would find alternative opportunities to buy them, while 46 percent were directly affected either as a victim or by knowledge of someone who is directly affected.

More than three quarters of the respondents say that the situation has deteriorated in the past five years.

Around 71 percent consider razor crime as a social problem and a criminal, while two thirds believe that there is too much value on violence itself and not on the causes.

They hope that the recent change in the government offers the opportunity to implement an approach to public health, more in local psychiatric services, sport, social clubs and employment opportunities.
