Kharkiv TCR head, which was suspended in the probe in the death of man

This was reported by the operational command “East” on Facebook, reports Ukrinform.

“The commander of the troops of the operational command” East “has appointed an internal investigation of the military actions during the tragic incident and to illustrate all circumstances that preceded him. The head of the TCR and the SS and his deputy was subject to the duty,” says the explanation.

As reported by Ukrinform, a 39-year-old man jumped out of the window of the third floor of the TCR building in Kharkiv on May 12th. According to the police, the examination of the body showed no signs of violent death, except that injuries were suffered from a height due to a fall. The investigators opened criminal proceedings in accordance with part 1 of Article 115 of the Criminal Code (intentional murder) with the indication of “suicide”. The materials were sent to the State Bureau of Investigation to check the measures of the TCR and SS employees.

The TCR and the SS in turn reported that no illegal acts had been committed against the citizen.
