Several shops in North Houston, which was robbed by the same group, the police are looking for teenagers

The Houston police are looking for three teenagers, which are believed to be behind a series of robberies across North Houston, including one at a Wendy on May 9.

The police say that the trio went to the restaurant in the 1100 block of Rankin around 8.45 p.m. this evening.

First they pretended to be regular customers. Then they went behind the counter. One of them put his hand in a backpack and threatened to hurt an employee. The employee withdrew and the group reached out of the cash register before he ran away.

The police say that the same group could be associated with at least five other robberies that were carried out similarly.

Here is a list where and when it took place:

  • May 5th – General Store on the 3400 block of Orlando

  • May 6th – Handy business on the 3300 block of Tidwell

  • May 6th – Cell phone business on the 2900 block of Tidwell

  • May 9th – Bakery on the 7400 block of the airline

  • May 9th -Fast-Food-Restaurant on the 1900 block of Sam Houston Parkway N.

Descriptions of the suspects are general, but consistent:

  • Suspect #1: Teen boy who wears a black hoodie and brown shorts

  • Suspect #2: Teen boy who wears a black hoodie, wearing black shorts and a blue backpack

  • Suspect #3: Teen boy, a black long -sleeved shirt and black trousers
