A preliminary investigation was carried out by SG Sabban, deputy director of the Directorate for Industrial Safety (DISH). The 13 affected workers are treated in a private eye hospital in Boisar. Dr. Ratnakar Mane, a doctor present, said the exposure was not life -threatening. The workers are kept under observation in the hospital and are expected to be released on Monday.
