Car accident kills three, injured two on Highway 1 near Lompoc two

Lompoc, California -The fire brigade of Santa Barbara County was on site of a fatal four -car crash shortly after 6:00 p.m. on Highway 1 southeast of Lompoc.

SBCFD said three victims were declared dead at the crime scene.

An adult woman was transported with serious injuries by the scene with the helicopter to the emergency room of Santa Barbara Cottage. An adult man was also sent to the emergency room with serious injuries.

SBCFD said a vehicle turned onto the middle section.

The Highway 1 is open again after it has been closed in both directions.
