8 players who can watch in Section 1 -Jungen -tennis -Tennis -Post Bulletin

The individual tennis tournaments of section 1, class 2a and 1a boys start this week. Here is a look at eight of the top players you can see.

Kennel was at Singles No. 1 so that Mayo ends this season. As a clever player, the senior can win in different ways and has a way to choose his opponents. Kennel has achieved some great victories this season, including the outstanding Eden Prairie -Prairie -rauspring Varin Tanzi. Kennel is number 10 in class 2a's last survey. He reached the state in doubles last season.

Wisniewski switched most of the season between No. 1 and 2 singles for the Spartans. He is a great bat with powerful strokes. His goal is generally to overwhelm his opponents.

Anand was a top -singles from Century this season. The junior hits the ball hard with a big forehand. He played Lourdes' no. 3 Evan Ritter (class 1a) somewhat hard, lost 7-5, 6-1 and only has two defeats this season.

Kade Bishop, Lakeville North

Bishop is a consistent and steady player who was seen as a top 15 player in the state all season.

Knight was classified in the top three in class 1a all season. The junior took third place in the state last year. His No. 1 attribute could be his big serve. He is also a strong bat from the baseline.

Logan Granseth, Winona Cotter

Granseth comes to 9th place in the latest class 1a survey. He is an excellent athlete and has no real holes in his game, except maybe consistency. It can tear for uphand and end on the net. Granseth is also a great competitor.

Hudson Zimmerman, Schaeffer Academy

The 6-foot 4-room man made it to the state in doubles last year. The junior is a hard player who is excellent in defense and decides a strong serve.

Hamilton Brewer, Winona Cotter

The junior is another Big Ball striker who can overwhelm his opponents. His problem is consistency. But when he rolls, it is difficult to stop. He teamed up with Granseth to reach the state tournament in doubles a year ago.
