Peoria Mann condemned 14 years in prison for fatal Dui crash

Peoria (25News Now) – Vanda Terrell, 53, was sentenced to 14 years in prison for a severe DUI, which caused the death of a Peoria man last year.

In February 2024, the public prosecutor's office of Peoria County Terrell accused that a severe dui death, a stricter discharge of a firearm and the illegal possession of a weapon by a criminal in the accident of February 14, in which the 46-year-old Wards Millburn was killed.

The state's public prosecutor said that a blood loss in the hospital had shown that Terrell's blood alcohol content was over the legal limit.

In the court hearing on Wednesday, the deputy prosecutor, Deb Shelby, argued for the maximum prison sentence of 14 years. The family members of Millburn were present.

Shelby emphasized the fact that Terrell made the decision to ruthlessly ruthlessly under the influence of marijuana and alcohol, which led to a fatal crash.

The crash occurred at the intersection of the streets of Blain and Butler, where the police said that Terrell had driven and ran a stop sign at high speed and beat another vehicle.
