On Friday, May 16, 2025, the firefighter and emergency services reacted to the 27,000 block of the Birch Manor Circle in Mechanicsville at around 11:37 p.m. in order to be injured the reported tree in a residence.

911 Caller reported that a large tree fell on the house and something that hit its daughters.

The crews arrived on site to find a large tree into the house, which caused considerable damage that condemned the residence.

After the assessment, the patient signed the rejection forms of care on site.

SMECO and our first aiders worked day and day to restore the power supply, remove trees and react to numerous services that remained without electricity after the severe storms have been passed through.
