Cyclists killed in North Phoenix in the early morning accident

Phoenix (Azfamilie) -A 60-year-old man was killed after he was hit by a vehicle early Sunday morning at the Deer Valley in North Phoenix.

The Phoenix police reacted to the crash, in which a cyclist near the 51st Avenue and the Wescott Drive north of the Union Hill Drive was involved on May 18 in the morning.

Officers at the crime scene found the cyclist, who was later identified as Larry Schnepp, with serious injuries. Schnepp was taken to the hospital, where he was declared dead for dead injuries.

The police said that the vehicle involved in the accident remained at the scene. A first examination showed that Schnepp crossed the 51st Avenue and his bike rose when he was hit by the vehicle that drove to the east on Wescott.

This remains an ongoing examination.
