Cyclists beat and killed with the vehicle in the Peach Orchard Road

A woman with a bike was killed in the early Monday after he was hit by a vehicle when he drove on the Peach Orchard Road, the authorities said.

The woman, whose identity was not released, drove north on Monday on the Peach Orchard Road in the Willis Foreman Road at 4:44 a.m. She was hit by a vehicle and declared dead at 5:32 a.m., said forensic doctor Mark Bowen.

The woman's identity is published after her family has been notified, said the forensic doctor. The sheriff's office has not published any additional information about the driver or possible fees.

It is the second cyclist last year that was killed in Richmond County. On September 19, 2024, the 36 -year -old Troneisha holiday drove on the 3600 block of the Deans Bridge Road south of the Morgan Road when it was hit by a vehicle. The vacation was declared dead that day at 10:04 p.m.
